At Muqamal, we strive to provide you with exquisite jewellery and a seamless shopping experience. Our hassle-free exchange policy ensures that if you need to exchange an item, we’re here to help. If you encounter any issues with your order, please email us at
Muqamalinfo@gmail.com detailing the problem, and one of our team members will reach out to assist you. You will need to send the jewellery back to us along with a completed exchange form (EXCHANGE FORM) to the provided address. Your exchange will be processed just like a new order. To start an exchange, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your jewellery.
Please note that our exchange policy does not apply to used items, sale or discounted items, or custom-made pieces. Muqamal does not offer returns or refunds, but we do provide store credit to cover any courier charges.
Muqamal reserves the right to decline any exchange request that does not comply with our policy.
